Our Story

We wish we could say that Chews Health was birthed from a family's love for leafy greens. But the truth is, when a family of entrepreneurs living in Jamaica began brainstorming new ventures, a Juice Bar sounded most appealing. After all, the greatest wealth is health.

As the sister to the family's former restaurant "Chewsdays", mother and daughter duo, Jillian Thomas and Tiffany Thomas-Segree opened Chews Health's first location in Portmore, Jamaica in 2018. After developing a passion for the business, Tiffany then opened the second location in 2020 where she currently resides in Florida.

 

Now, with a love for helping others and a focus on creating a well balanced healthy lifestyle, Chews Health is committed to making a healthy lifestyle accessible and affordable for everyone.
